At Beyond Pets, we want you to feel confident you’re getting great value. That’s why we offer a Price Match Policy on eligible products.
What We’ll Match
We will match the genuine advertised price of an identical product sold by another Australian brick-and-mortar pet retailer. This includes everyday prices and promotional prices at eligible competitor stores.
To qualify, the product must be:
- The same brand, model, size, variety and specification as ours
- In stock and available for immediate purchase at the competitor’s store at the time of your request
- Offered by a physical competitor store within Australia (online-only retailers and marketplace sellers are excluded)
How to Request a Price Match
Before you buy, just contact us in store or online with verifiable proof of the competitor’s current price (such as a live website link or store signage). We will confirm the details and match the price if eligible.
Exclusions
Price matching will not be applied to:
- Live animals under any circumstances
- Clearance, clearance bin, outlet or liquidation pricing
- Online-only offers, click-and-collect specials, marketplace seller pricing, or prices requiring membership discounts
- Prices that include delivery or installation costs
- Offers that include bonus gifts, bundles, tiered pricing, or quantity restrictions
- Products where the competitor price is below our cost price
- Purchases made with Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) in-store or other restricted payment methods
How We Apply It
Once verified, we will either:
- Match the competitor’s price at the time of purchase, or
- Refund the difference if you’ve already paid at checkout (subject to verification)
All price matches are at the sole discretion of Beyond Pets and are subject to verification.
How Long Does It Take?
Price match requests are usually processed at the point of sale or within a short time by our customer service team. We’ll keep you informed if we need any additional information.
